Odin has been invited by Loire Holdings Ltd to work with them in bringing forward a mixed residential and primary health care joint venture project in Chard, Somerset.

The two companies have entered into a memorandum of understanding in respect to the site and are now seeking to progress the development proposals. Loire is a principal land owner in the site and Odin brings the development expertise.

The scheme will initially comprise a doctor's Surgery and 20 – 25 residential units, although there is potential for the first phase to open up further phases of development.
