Odin has been exclusively retained by the Garden Building Centre to advise on the disposal of their existing premises for re-development.
Planning permission for the site, on a prominent corner in Chesterfield, has been secured for 9 residential units.

The Site
The site, which faces Sheffield Road to the west and Hazlehurst Lane to the north, is located in the north of Chesterfield adjacent to Sheffield Road and is half way between the City centre and the north end of the road; currently the site is used to display conservatories and is 1992m² in area.
The scheme
