Odin Care are a specialist development partner in the development, design and construction of nursing homes, residential care facilities and other care facilities such as learning disabilities, dementia care and extra care.

In terms of tenure arrangements, Odin Care provide you with a flexible choice of leasehold and freehold packages.
At the core of Odin Care’s philosophy is teamwork. We have a dedicated team who ensure our Care Partners needs and requirements are fully understood and respected throughout the development process.
From inception of a project you will be appointed a Key Partner Principal from our organization who will be your day to day contact from your first meeting until handover following completion of the build.
This will ensure consistency and delivery of the product that you want and, most importantly, in a timescale that you want it!
Following our initial consultation and understanding, we use regular workshop forums which involve our specialist consultants in design, build and procurement to ensure that the best quality in accordance with your criteria is delivered to you, our Care Partners.
