After a Commission in the Royal Marines, Cliff has worked extensively in commercial property development for a number of well known corporates and development companies which ensures that he has an in depth knowledge of the performance required from property assets within these companies.

Furthermore, Cliff has built up a strong track record in delivering extremely complex and challenging schemes, managing and running often diverse teams of subject matter experts.

Iain Masters BSc, MRICS

Iain has 20 years experience in the property industry mostly in development and regeneration. In addition to his widespread experience in commercial property development he has specialist expertise in the field of development in the licensed and leisure property sector. Furthermore, he brings to Odin a excellent industry knowledge in both the private and public sector.

Iain has developed an excellent all round knowledge of the property development process and is a skilled project leader. Iain is highly skilled in site identification and scheme evolution, where Iain has forged a reputation throughout the industry both in the private and public sector. Using a sound technical background and excellent lateral thought to identify and prosecute a great many successful schemes.

Keri Dobson BA (Hons) PG Dip PVM MRICS

Appointed as consultant to Odin Estates Ltd in July 2008, Keri brings to Odin 12 years of mixed use property development experience. Having spent 6 years within the residential sector client side developing schemes with values up to £150 million turnover, Keri’s experience compliments the Odin team in providing a 360 approach to development management.

Keri’s experience within both commercial and residential sectors ensures a holistic approach to development opportunities. She is enthusiastic, creative, organized and a highly motivated individual who seeks to ensure success from inception to topping out of the development!

Allan George Consultant

Allan George is a vastly knowledgeable corporate communicator: starting as a journalist with regional newspapers and on Fleet St, he subsequently advised government ministers on presentational aspects of emerging policies, and operational emergencies, worked as Head of PR for a blue chip company, was Deputy Managing Director of a PR consultancy with a broad range of clients, and latterly has specialised in property and planning related communications. His experience of crisis management is unrivalled, including wars, aviation and shipping disasters, strikes and terrorist incidents.

He has conducted numerous public consultations for a variety of clients, both in the private and public sectors, giving a statistical basis, through testing public opinion, to develop and sustain their proposals.
