HILLARY'S DEVELOPMENTS LTD
Currently Hillary’s have in hand certain other Joint Venture projects which are as follows:

A JV project with Eden Park Developments at ProLogis Park, Coventry. This consists of 82,500ft² warehousing. This project is coming to an end, it has an end value of circa £7 million. |

JV project with New Park Projects, a small Newark based company. Two sites at Dinnington are currently under construction, totalling some 60,000ft² of B8 accommodation. Phase 3 is planned, which will include approximately 15,000ft² of offices and 30,000ft² of warehousing. The combined end value of the 3 projects is something in the region of £9 million. |

A new JV project is about to commence with Rotherhill Developments in Market Harborough, the end value is £3-3.5 million. |

|
A new venture is currently being undertaken at Alfreton, with a private individual which upon completion will comprise of some 50,000ft² of warehousing with an end value of something in the region of £3.25million. |
